Carter & West Return & Exchange Policy:
Not happy with what you ordered, or did you get the wrong size? No worries! You can return or exchange your stuff within 30 days of getting it.
How to Return Stuff (4 easy steps)
- Send an email to carterwest@gmail.com to ask for a return form. Read the rules on the form carefully before sending the product back to our place.
- Fill out the return form.
- Send your order back to us with the filled-out return form. You'll need to pay for the shipping when you send it back. Make sure you get a tracking number for the package so you can see where it is.
- When we get the package, we'll put the money back into your account within 5 days.

How to Exchange for a Different Size (4 easy steps)
- Send an email to carterwest@gmail.com and tell us your order number and the new size you want. We'll send you an exchange form.
- Fill out the exchange form.
- Send your order back to us with the filled-out exchange form. Make sure you get a tracking number for the package.
- When we get the package, we'll send you the correct size to you for free!
How to Exchange Stuff That's Broken (4 easy steps)
- Send an email to carterwest@gmail.com and send us some pictures or a short video of the broken thing. Tell us what's wrong with it.
- Our team will look at the pictures/video.
- If we agree that it's broken, we'll send you a new one for free!
- We'll send you a tracking number so you can see when the new thing will arrive.
Important: If you choose to get a replacement, you can't get a refund or another replacement later.
REALLY IMPORTANT: Before you send anything back, you must fill out the return form and put it in the package. Email our customer service at carterwest@gmail.com to get the return form.
